Simpleskills is a learning academy that educates individuals on vital hard skills & career-oriented soft skills to engineering students & qualified engineers. They aim at bridging the gap between graduates & the companies that are looking for candidates with both the software skills and the soft skills needed to succeed in this industry.
The academy is run by a decade-old software company. The company, while recruiting candidates constantly faced the challenge of finding individuals with a combination of essential software skills and soft skills. More so in the tier 2 cities of the country. To get the students and graduates up to speed from these cities, the academy was started in one of the tier 2 cities of Andhra Pradesh. Planning the branding activity for a city which has very little idea of software industry and its requirements was a big challenge.
Tingg had to study their target market, i.e., engineering students/graduates & their parents, their mindsets, their most visited places, other public places which provide visibility etc. We planned and designed the creatives and provided a branding strategy that helped them with maximum outreach. The impact has been very satisfying looking at the enrolments and we have been told that the place has more female candidates! This is one of the very gratifying efforts for Tingg in the field of education.
