Toyota Motor Corporation, a Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer; the world’s second- largest automotive company abound with rich values, was founded by Kiichiro Toyoda. The company has offices and call centres here in India.
The call centre of Toyota in Bangalore needed our support in terms of branding the premises. The campus was a co-owned space with several companies and Toyota wanted branding which could showcase a sense of ownership for their space. Internally, the employees had to be motivated to manifest customer delight.
For Tingg, branding is so much more than just the placement of creatives and images. We got into the DNA of the brand; understanding of the founder, Toyoda’s values was imperative for us for the use of colours and design creatives. Toyoda had 5 important principles, being faithful to the duties, being creative and staying ahead of times, being practical in our approach, building a home-like atmosphere at the workplace; and finally, to be grateful at all times. With such rich values attached to the company, we did not want to do a mediocre job. Our design team thoroughly got acquainted with the company’s corporate guidelines, they created inspiring and powerful creatives – that which could percolate the thoughts and values across the organization.
We are immensely thankful to Toyota for this opportunity, it allowed us to get more creative and helped us incorporate all these with a touch of humanity.
