Uni-GAUGE is an online entrance exam platform for engineering. They have partnered with leading deemed & private universities in the country & with one exam Uni-GAUGE-E, the aspirants get to apply to all these universities at a time!
Uni-GAUGE was started with an intention to provide a gateway to top universities in the country through one single entrance exam. The platform was devised to save time and efforts which is the case with multiple tests; the candidates can choose to attend the exam at a convenient test centre; they get the access to take up mock tests as part of the preparation process etc. A combined single online exam for COMEDK and Uni-GAUGE-E was a further enticing component; while COMEDK allows for admissions to colleges in Karnataka, Uni-GAUGE score is recognised by over 100 institutes and universities all over India.
The client had an estimable product, but a marketing plan had to be chalked out to divulge the importance of the platform in a way where it had to sound convincing and not imposing.
From strategising their process for generating leads (both online & offline) to creating & promoting their advertising material across all media, Tingg played a significant role. Tingg designed and developed a user-friendly website in the first place. Digital (online & social media) marketing for this client was crucial as their target audience are PU students. Offline marketing was equally important to inform the parents about the significance of such an exam; so, events and campaigns were organized in strategic locations with prospective student & parent communities.
